Pick up Timing

Inquiries submitted by 4 p.m. will usually be available for pick up by 11 a.m. the next day (so long as we are able to contact you to confirm).

Shiro of Japan’s sushi catering service is available for corporate cafeterias. We serve the same high-grade restaurant-quality sushi off-premise as we do at our restaurants.

Corporate Cafeteria Discounts Available

We offer discounts of 15 percent to 25 percent of total sales (that rate depends on daily sales). Sales Requirement: greater than $500 per day

If you are looking for a way to distinguish your organization or increase sales, our fresh sushi offerings could be a perfect fit to expand your product mix.

Shiro of Japan is a sushi catering vendor for some of the United States’ largest corporate cafeteria management companies, including Sodexo, Aramark, Restaurant Associated, Patina Restaurant Group and Fooda. We serve more than 500 meals per day at corporate cafeterias throughout the Tri-State area.

Our highly skilled executive sushi chefs use only the freshest ingredients and the highest quality of sushi-grade seafood. We use hand-paddled sushi rice that has been made from a time-honored Japanese recipe, which was passed down over decades. Every one of our sushi rolls are handmade on the day of delivery.
